1. Intellectual Property

All characters, visuals, designs, and associated media are the intellectual property of CHARAKTÈR unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a character grants you specific rights as outlined below.

2. License Types

• Standard License: Non-exclusive use in personal and commercial projects with attribution.
• Exclusive License: Full rights granted; character is removed from the store after purchase.
• Licenses are detailed on each product page and included in the PDF character sheet.

3. Media Pack

Each character may include a downloadable pack: HD PNG, vector SVG, sound pack, and a PDF info sheet with serial number and biography. These materials are for use in accordance with the selected license.

4. Attribution

Standard licenses require that you credit CHARAKTÈR VERCE in your project or product documentation. Exclusive license holders are exempt from attribution.

5. Restrictions

• Do not resell, redistribute, or mint NFTs of any character without the proper license.
• Do not use characters for illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final. If you encounter a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
